principle:HCG is a glycoprotein hormone produced by the placenta of pregnant women and is present in large quantities in the urine of pregnant women. In non-pregnant women, there is almost no HCG in the urine. The early pregnancy test paper adopts the two-antibody sandwich one-step technique, using colloidal gold as an indicator to detect the concentration of HCG in urine to confirm whether a woman is pregnant or not.

Instructions:

1. The pregnancy test is formulated for use with fresh urine specimen.

2. Urine cups should be used to collect specimen. Remove the strip from its foil wrapper.

3. Immerse the strip into the urine with the arrow end pionting toward the urine.

4. Do not cover the urine over the MAX(maximum) line. You may take the strip out after a minimum of 15 seconds in the urine and lay the strip flatly on a non-absorptive clean surface.

5. Read the result within 5 minutes.

6. Discard the test device after first use in the dustbin.
